Injuries

• Traumatic brain injury (trace subdural hemorrhage along right tentorial leaflet)
• Comminuted fracture of right acetabulum with associated right obturator ring fractures involving the pubic bone
• Comminuted and displaced fractures of left obturator ring involving the pubic bone
• Nondisplaced intra-articular fracture of left sacrum
• C7 fracture of left transverse process
• Acute fractures of left ribs 1-2
• Age-indeterminate minimally displaced fractures of lateral right-sided ribs 7-8
• Hematomas involving space of Retzius and right pelvic sidewall
• Small anterolateral subpleural hematoma
• Trace left pneumothorax
• Trace layering left pleural effusion
• Hemorrhagic shock
• Acute hypoxic respiratory insufficiency
• Acute renal failure
• Acute blood loss anemia
